BBC first project with a start-up development company. Conversion of 5 studio apartments, into a one duplex apartment, and refurbishment of the remaining 3 studio apartments.

 

The BBC and Developer worked together to overcome the problem of linking the two studios by utilising the kitchen worktop as part of the staircase. This created a striking  floating staircase, The modern features were linked to the integrity of the building though uses of exposed brickwork and victorian radiators.
