This newbuild project involved the demolition of an existing and building an iconic 1-bedroom home for a Upcoming London Developer.

 

To overcome planning objection the developer contracted BBC Construction to build a rear kitchen extension to number 246. Working between boteh properties, BBC constructed a light and airy home, with light capturing features such as a complete glass roof to the kitchen, glazed corner window and roof to the living room, Roof terrace BBQ decking area with sedum roof garden.  

 

BBC Construction overcame issues such as lack of space, and complicated party wall agreement to ensure limited impact on neighbors and local residents, which resulted BBC being contracted to refurbish the Neighbors property.
