Conversion of a Care Home into 4 Apartments. The project started with 4 apartments, however during the strip out of the care home, BBC identified the potential for the client to extend the small utilities basement into Basement studio apartment.

 

Working with the A-Zero Architects and the developer, Westmore Group, BBC utilised exposed elements of the Victorian building such as Exposed Brickwork, Double volume ceilings, and Exposed structural steel to provide 5 individual apartments, each with unique features.
