The 246 Latimer road project was concurrent with our 248 Latimer rd project for a upcoming London Property Developer.  Improvement to 246 were negotiated as part of the planning permission application to 248.

 

The Developer for 248 provided a rear extension kitchen, to the residents of 246. The 246 residents then contracted BBC Construction to fully refurbish their house at the same time, incorporating a 2 new bathrooms, new kitchen, electrical rewiring, new plumbing, Complete redecoration and garden improvements.

 

A great example how collaborative working can improve neighbourhoods.
